I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Bricktown in Oklahoma City and had a great experience! The staff were all super friendly and welcoming — check-in was fast and easy, and everyone I met was helpful and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the entire property felt well taken care of. Breakfast was also excellent — hot, fresh, and tasty with plenty of options for everyone. I traveled with my two dogs — one is my diabetic detection service dog and the other is not trained for service — and both were treated with respect by the staff. It really meant a lot to feel welcomed as a guest traveling with dogs. The hotel is dog-friendly with a reasonable pet fee, which I truly appreciate. The only downside was the small grassy area in front of the hotel — unfortunately, some dog owners weren’t cleaning up after their pets. As a responsible pet owner, that was disappointing to see. Please, if you travel with pets, respect the property, staff, and other guests so that hotels like this can continue being pet-friendly. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Oklahoma City! Great staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and a nice pool. I’d definitely stay here again — and I highly recommend it, especially if you’re traveling with your dog.

My wife stayed for 1 night. She was told parking was free, but they charged her 30 dollars. There is not a vending machine that works, there was not a microwave in the room. Just a very bad stay. The location is a very nice location. For 200 dollars a night, the things mentioned above should be the minimum.

Had a wonderful experience here. I have 3 kids and their pool was clean and very kid friendly, only going 4ft deep with a baby section that is super shallow with a neat little slide and floatation devices the kids can wear to keep them extra safe, plus pool toys and balls to play with. I loved the whole pool experience. The room was clean and perfectly ready for us with the play pen already set up, that I had requested ahead of time. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was perfect as well. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! Highly recommended. There is even a parking garage right next to the hotel with security. I felt very safe going to and from my vehicle.

This place is great!! Good nights rest in a very comfy king bed. (Room 702) Paid the extra $30 for the hot tub suite. Totally worth it!! The breakfast was good and warm. Complementary coffee and tea. There was only 2 cons: 1. Parking is extra ($26) 2. Water and snacks were $2-$7 I recommend bringing a case of water and your own snacks. The parking can't be helped. It's downtown and the hotel goes right to the ballpark. I do recommend the hotel. You can never go wrong with Hampton!! ^__^

This is one of the hotels that form the heart of Bricktown, conveniently located on the backside of the baseball stadium. Our stay here for two nights was a good one, the room was more than adequate, with a comfortable bed and a decent shower. The (hot) breakfast was good as well, with plenty of choices. You can park for a short while at the front of the hotel, but you will either have to find cheap overnight parking in the area or park in the garage next to the hotel for $25 a night. The latter is way more convenient. Restaurants are nearby, and Bricktown is a popular area to be in, so it's a good location.

Staff was wonderful, room was clean, breakfast was tasty. The reason I will come back is their fitness center. I travel a lot, and this is one of the best centers because they have a cable machine. I wish every Hampton inn had one of these.

I had a disaster of a day from being attacked by a dog, delayed 3 hour to arriving only to find out our booking dates were wrong. we had booked a room for the night but when I pulled up the confirmation to check in the dates were in fact incorrect and for the following week. I explained the situation to the girl at the front desk and she politely informed me that I was not the only person this had happened to. Apparently there had been many guests with glitches thru booking.com, enough that she wasn't surprised or as shocked as I myself was. I told her that the booking clearly stated that it was non refundable for any reason and she eased my mind and reassured me that it could be canceled and refunded as the error was on the system end. She let me know that she couldn't do anything to get it cancelled and refunded but that her manager would be in in the morning and could. She gave me a number to try to reach booking.com myself to inniate the process but after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, I felt defeated and decided to let it be tomorrow's worry while I tried to salvage the rest of today. They did not have any whirlpool suites available which was completely understandable considering but they did have a similar king suite with a bathtub where I could soak my leg and got us booked correctly in it for the night AND at a slightly discounted rate so I didn't cost me anymore than my original booking. She gave us our keys, let us know where parking was located and again reassured me that management could get the initial booking canceled and refunded and let us know she was leaving a note for them to see in the morning explaining the situation. We went to our room, settled in, soaked for a bit and then headed out to our show. We enjoyed the evening and the very short walk from our hotel to the comedy club we went to and we had a good night's sleep afterwards. When I checked my phone in the morning before 8am the manager had already arrived and had initiated a fee free cancellation request and approved it on her end. I simply had to click an "I accept button" it was done. Cancelled and refund for the incorrect dates was already pending in my bank account. I was so relieved that I didn't have to start my day with that headache and hastle and I didn't just lose a few hundred dollars due to an error and zero cancellation policy thru booking.com. The hotel did not have to do ANYTHING! They very easily could have said "sorry about your bad luck" kept the original incorrect booking fee and booked another more expensive room on arrival or even told us they had no rooms available. Many would have done just that. By taking the time to see us and relate on a personal level and going above and beyond to not only accommodate us but to see that the error got corrected and refunded they earned our repeat business and gained mad respect. I would give customer service 10 stars if I could.

Our stay was perfect. The hotel was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and had a nice area for little kids. (My little one loved the slide and all the balls you provided). We brought our dogs and even they felt right at home. The shower was nice with great water pressure (always a concern at hotels). And the beds (and furniture) were all comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit OKC.
